The 3rd game of the 3-match T20I series between England and Australia will be played at The Rose Bowl in Southampton. The match starts at 06:00 PM local time (10:30 PM IST) (05:00 PM UTC). This match can be viewed on Sony Six and Sony Six HD. It will be live-streamed on the Sony Liv app.
England and Australia will lock horns for one final time in the ongoing three-match T20I series on Tuesday. The hosts have already won the series and will be looking to whitewash the Aussie led by Aaron Finch. Moreover, the number one position in the T20Is is also up for grabs and Australia will be keen on saving their numero-uno position.
It won’t be easy though for England as they will miss their in-form opener Jos Buttler who has left the bio-bubble to be with his family. Tom Banton will open the innings now and while Sam Billings will replace Buttler. Moreover, Eoin Morgan also dislocated his finger in the second T20I and it remains to be seen if he will take the field tonight.
Again, the same pitch used in the second T20I is expected to be dished out and if that is the case, the surface will be even drier. The scoring won’t be easy at all and the team winning the toss is expected to bat first.
Average first innings score: 160 (First two games in the series)

Dawid Malan has been at the peak of his form this season and has scored 108 runs in two T20Is so far. Batting at three, he will be key for England in Buttler’s absence.
Steve Smith loves to bat. But for some reason, he hasn’t hit his strips properly so far in this series. But with the ODIs coming up, Australia’s best batsman will be looking to end the series on a high.
Adil Rashid’s variations will be important whenever England bowls. He generally troubles Australian batsmen and he proved it in the series opener picking Smith and Maxwell in an over to turn things around.
Australia will come hard at England with their number one position at stake. But one feels England have enough resources despite Buttler’s absence to complete a 3-0 whitewash and go into the ODI series high on confidence.
Our Prediction: England are expected to win this match.
