IND VS WI: The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) appealed on Monday to the Board of Control for Cricket in India for allowing spectators to watch the last two T20Is of the three-match series against West Indies at Eden Gardens. The T20I series between India and the West Indies begins on February 16 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The ODI series between India and the West Indies was played at the same location, which was in Ahmedabad, with all three matches being played behind closed doors. “The BCCI has allowed only upper tier and hospitality boxes for sponsors and representatives for the first match.”
CAB said in a statement
The CAB has recommended the BCCI to reconsider its decision and enable fans to see the remaining matches.
“CAB will intimate all stakeholders once it receives feedback from the board.”

IND VS WI: Washington Sundar Ruled Out of T20I Series
The Washington Sundar is now not in inclusion for the West Indies Twenty20 series. Due to a left hamstring muscle issue, he will miss the forthcoming series. The Indian spinner, who made his international comeback in the recent ODI series against West Indies following a long injury layoff, may need a few weeks to heal, according to reports.
The injury occurred during the third One-Day International against the West Indies in Ahmedabad. His replacement has been announced as Kuldeep Yadav. Sundar also missed the ODI series against South Africa after testing positive for Covid-19. Washington is scheduled to report to the NCA on Tuesday, February 15th, for a three-week stay. Sundar has departed from the Indian camp, which is now in Kolkata.
