Virat first addressed the all-rounder as the “greatest injured player in the history of the game.” But jokes apart Virat gave a loud credit to Maxwell for his matching-turning spell.
In his four-over spell, Maxwell sent back CSK’s explosive batter Robin Uthappa and Ambati Rayudu. Not only this he was also economically cheap in that match as he gave away only 22 runs in 24 balls. Kohli mentioned that it was a good win for them as these two points can help them to reach the playoffs. Moreover, the director of cricket on the RCB team, Mike Hesson also praised Maxwell for his bowling performance mentioning the two big wickets of CSK.
