IPL 2022 Auction: Multan Sultans head coach Andy Flower has left the squad midway through the underway Pakistan Super League (PSG) season.

The two-day event is scheduled to take place on Feb. 12 and 13 in Bengaluru. The former Zimbabwe captain was a part of the Punjab Kings (PBKS) coaching staff in the 2020 and 2021 editions of the IPL.
Multan Sultans have confirmed that Flower will be available virtually and will rejoin the team on Feb. 13. The Mohammad Rizwan-led side has been in terrific form in the ongoing PSL 2022 season. They are at the top of the points table, having won all their four games.

Ahead of the IPL 2022, two new teams were included, taking the teams tally to 10 in the Indian T20 league: Lucknow and Ahmedabad. The two teams were allowed to pick three players each before the mega auction. Lucknow bought Rahul for INR 17 crore and named him the captain.
