Irfan Pathan Tweets for MS Dhoni after CSK’s Win
Chennai Super Kings played the Qualifier 1 at their home ground and MS Dhoni was dismissed for just a single run. Irfan Pathan hoped that MS Dhoni does not retire after this season of the IPL and his final innings in the Chepauk Stadium is not of a single run.
“With impact player rule hopefully this isn’t Dhoni’s last inning at the Chepauk…” tweeted Irfan Pathan as MS Dhoni was quickly dismissed by Mohit Sharma.
“I don’t know, I have 8-9 months to decide. The small auction will be around December so why to take that headache now. I have ample time to decide. I’ll always be there for CSK, whether it’s in playing form or sitting somewhere outside, I don’t really know. Frankly, it takes a heavy toll, I have been out of home from January, and have been practising since March, it takes a lot, so we will see, I have ample time to decide,” said MS Dhoni in the post-match presentation ceremony in Chennai Super Kings qualified for the final match of TATA IPL 2023.
