All eyes will be on Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. The MI captain is currently struggling with his form. On the other hand, the former RCB skipper has been scoring runs in every game. However, more than the performance, some will also notice him for his on-field actions in the high-voltage clash. Notably, in the match against LSG, Virat had some heated exchanges with Gautam Gambhir and Naveen-ul-Haq that caught the limelight. However, in the previous match against DC, he looked controlled.

RCB reached Mumbai a couple of days ago and started practicing. A big crowd gathered at the stadium to watch Kohli bat at the nets. However, a video has taken the internet by storm. The clip features Virat, who was seen walking back to the dressing room after practice ahead of the match. One of the ball boys asked him for an autograph. Virat called security personnel and asked them to give one of his signed bats to that fan.

The 16th edition has been a successful one for the former RCB captain with the bat. He is currently fifth in the race for the “Orange Cap.” Virat has scored 419 runs in 10 innings at a decent average of 46.56 and a strike rate of 135.16. He has also smashed six half-centuries, which is the most in the season by any batter. Notably, both teams already played a game earlier this season in Bangalore.

It was RCB that won that game by eight wickets. Virat scored an unbeaten 82 off 49 in that match. With the tournament entering the business end, he will look to lead his team to victory and collect two important points to move up on the table. RCB has four games left to play (including the MI clash), and they need to win at least three to make it to the next round.
