Coming to the match, Derbyshire opted to bowl first after winning the toss. The Somerset came on the crease with a fully charged attitude and started smacking the bowler. And the opening pair of Tom Banton and Will Smeed had succussed to give a good start to their team. After that Will Smeed lost his wicket and Rilee Rossouw joined the party with Tom Banton.
