1. Alex Hales
English opener Alex Hales is first on the list. This season, he will be playing for Islamabad United. Alex Hales is a destructive opener who is a consistent performer in the shortest format of the game. Hales was a part of the IPL in the 2018 season, where he played a total of 6 games and scored 148 runs at an average of 24.66. His performance in the PSL can improve his chance of being in the IPL.
2. Joe Clarke
Joe Michael Clarke is an English wicket-keeper batsman. The Karachi Kings have signed him for the PSL 2022 season. Many IPL teams are currently without a wicket-keeper and Joe Clarke can solve that problem. So many franchises will be keeping an eye on his PSL performance. 3. Chris Jordon
Chris Jordon is a Barbadian-born English all-rounder. He is currently playing for England in the ongoing T20I series in the West Indies. The 33-year-old cricketer has extensive experience in the T20 format and has been signed by the Karachi Kings for the PSL 2022 season. He has played a handful of games in the IPL for the Punjab Kings.

4. Philip Salt
Phil Salt is an aggressive English opening batsman who also bowls at a medium pace. In PSL 2022, he will play as an opener for the Lahore Qalandars. He is in the squad for England’s T20I team in the ongoing series in the West Indies. He has played 121 T20 games and, with an impressive strike rate of 150.73, has scored 2766 runs. His performance against West Indies and PSL can earn him a spot in the IPL.
5.Imran Tahir
There is no one in cricket who doesn’t know the name of this South African leg spinner. Imran Tahir is a 42-year-old veteran bowler who has played for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. He has shown many outstanding performances in the IPL. He has 82 wickets in 59 games in the IPL.
Imran Tahir was part of the World Giants in the ongoing Legends League Cricket, where he showed off his new avatar. In a match against India Maharajas, he smashed 19 balls fifty to win his side the match. And his performance in the PSL could earn him more money.
6.David Wiese
David Wiese is a Namibian cricketer and all-rounder who played some games for South Africa as well. He has signed with Lahore Qalandars for PSL 2022. The 36-year-old all-rounder is proficient with both the bat and the bowl. He has played 31 T20I matches, taking 33 wickets and scoring 339 runs with the bat.
He was the main reason behind the good performance of Namibia in the recently concluded T20I World Cup in the UAE. And his spot in the IPL will largely depend on his performance in the PSL 2022.
7. Liam Livingstone
In the T20 format, there is no introduction required for Liam Livingstone. Liam Livingstone is a hard-hitting middle-order batsman who has signed for Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL. With his hard-hitting ability, he also bowls some useful spin.
He has been a part of the IPL with the Punjab Kings, but now he will be under the hammer. Livingstone has played T20I games with 252 runs and 8 wickets to his name. He will be aware that his PSL performance can earn him a spot in the IPL.
8.Sherfane Rutherford
Sherfane Rutherford is a young, talented middle-order batsman from the West Indies. He has been a part of the Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indies previously. And for this PSL season, he will be playing for Peshawar Zalmi. He has played a few international T20 matches for West Indies. But his overall record in the T20 format is very decent. He has played 77 T20 matches and scored 1215 runs with a decent strike rate of 132.64. His good performance in the PSL will earn him a good chance in the auction for the IPL.
9. Shimron Hetmyer
Shimron is a powerful middle-order batsman from the West Indies. Having played for Delhi Capitals in the last few seasons of the IPL, he is a part of the Quetta Gladiators’ setup this season in the PSL. Shimron Hetmyer will be looking to deliver some good performances in the PSL to get a chance to be back in the IPL. He has played 14 IPL games for the Delhi Capitals and scored 242 runs with an average of 34.57. If it happened, the Delhi Capitals could be the first team to bid for him in the auction.
10. James Vince
James Vince is a veteran English cricketer, who has represented England in all three formats. Vince is playing for Quetta Gladiators in this PSL season. He has scored 328 runs in 14 T20I games and 480 runs in 16 ODI innings. He has never played in the IPL before. So, his chance will depend on his performance in the upcoming PSL 2022.
