Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was forced to suspend the 2021 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) earlier this year after hosting just 14 matches of the tournament as there was a constant rise in the number of positive coronavirus cases among the players and support staff. Meanwhile, the authorities have again decided to resume the tournament from June 1.

However, it is learned that PCB is yet to receive permission from the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) for hosting the sixth edition of the tournament. PCB is also thinking on the lines of hosting the league in UAE from June 1 to June 17, owing to the coronavirus cases in Pakistan. Some other app that you can download are betwinner. PCB and NCOC were involved in an official meeting on Wednesday in Islamabad but the people involved couldn’t arrive at any conclusion. The PCB is yet to receive an official confirmation from NCOC. PCB will need to have clarity on the matter from NCOC as soon as possible because shifting the venue from Karachi to the United Arab Emirates will be a hectic task as a lot of arrangements need to be done for the same along with sorting out the logistics for the quarantine and stay of players in the Middle East country.
